HIGHTSTOWN — The 12th annual Hometown Harvest Fair returned to the downtown historic business area as thousands filled the street to partake in the festivities despite the rain on Saturday.

"It traditionally is held on the Saturday of Columbus Day weekend," said Chairman David Babcock in an email. "The fair is the largest event hosted by the town and strives to remain family affordable as well as family oriented."

BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS: Weekend benefits will aid Princeton non-profits
Season-sational I recently had a craving for fudge and of course that led to a trip to Robinson's in Skillman at the Montgomery Shopping Center on Route 206. Their chocolate fudge is always terrific, but they had a few seasonal flavors that I hadn't tried before, and they will provide samples. If you like pumpkin, you need to stop whatever you are doing and go there. Now. No, right now, and try the pumpkin fudge. It's as if someone took the best pumpkin pie filling you have ever had and turned it into fudge. Visit them online at www.robinsonschocolates.com, or just go there for a taste. Read more...
